A note on significantly cheaper priced items with the same sku (model number) or the alternative model:

“TL-Q5MC2-Z”

These are almost always either b-stock or clone versions of the genuine TL-Q5MC2 which is the reason for their very low price.

There is also no reference of this model in Omron’s datasheet for the TL range of proximity sensors.
