Description
The Bozzle nozzle is the very first high flow (and lower back pressure) tungsten carbide nozzle for 3D printing applications.
Tungsten carbide nozzles are capable of printing all 3D printing filaments due to their exceptional hardness, ultra high operating temperature and high thermal conductivity.
- 0.5mm orifice
- No inserts – constructed out of a solid piece of tungsten carbide there are no inserts here
- Non stick surface finish
- Significantly increased layer to layer adhesion at same printing temperatures vs hardened steel nozzles
- Compatible with V6 and MK8 hotend heatblock
This nozzle requires hot tightening. Install the nozzle, heat hotend to 20c over desired use, and hand tighten with a 6mm or 1/4″ socket.
New V2 version of the nozzle additionally features:
- redesigned internal geometry for smoother flow and reduced die swell
- new exterior finish coating to help prevent filament sticking to the nozzle after extrusion
- improved orifice concentricity
This nozzle will print every material.

I originally purchased this to print just abrasives like glow-PLA and CF filaments, but even though it’s a 0.5mm nozzle– the quality is completely indistinguishable from my original 0.4 nozzle that I just print everything with it now. I’m actually considering replacing the nozzle in my second printer with the this to keep things consistent.

Best nozzle on the market by far. doesn’t wear out, and has high flow compatible to bondtech CHT nozzles. So you don’t need to change between hardened steel & brass/copper nozzle when switching between abrasive and non-abrasive materials. So I just keep this nozzle in my printer and never need to change it for any reason, other than when I need a different nozzle size
