Description
Nickel plated copper nozzles are capable of all entry level and general purpose 3D printing filaments but are also capable of advanced and engineering grade materials due to their ultra high operating temperature ceiling.
Hardness (Mohs): 6
Maximum Printing Temperature: 500°C
Thermal Conductivity: 330W/m-K
Expansion Coefficient: 16.7µm/m-°C
Suitable for a wide variety of materials including, but not limited to:
- PLA
- ABS
- TPU
- PA
- PP
- PC
- ASA
- Nylon
- PETG
- PVA
- HIPS
Also suitable for:
- PEEK
- PEKK
- PEI
- PSU
- PPSU
However, plated copper nozzles are not suitable for any filament containing abrasive additives such as:
- carbon fibre
- glass fibre
- glow in the dark / phosphorescent
- wood/metal fill
