About Our Challenge

We, at Unique Prints, are proud to be supporting Lifeline, Movember and The Push For Better Foundation to raise critical funds, to increase awareness and to improve mental health and suicide prevention in Australia. Unique Prints is joining the Push-Up Challenge to foster connection between the company and its valued customers, to get its own team members engaged in mental and physical health in a fun and unique way.

The Push For Better Foundation raises awareness and engages people in mental health through connection, education and health and wellbeing. We #pushforbetter.

How The Pushup Challenged Started For Unique Prints

Liza arrived at work one morning and chirped: “Hey, guys! You know how you both always grumble about the need to get fit, lose some weight and generally be more active? Well, I’ve found a way for us to do all that AND do something great for the community… I reckon we should take up the PUSHUP CHALLENGE Fundraiser for Mental Health! Here’s what it’s all about…”

How You Can Help

The Push For Better Foundation runs The Push-Up Challenge and aims to raise awareness, engage and educate people and raise funds for mental health.

You can help us in two ways:


By donating funds directly into the following account …………………………… which will be onforwarded to the Push for Better Foundation at the end of The Push-Up Challenge, which ends on 24 June 2022.


By “pushing” us, the team at Unique Prints, to move away from our workstations and get fit!

All three of us at Unique Prints have set daily and weekly goals at doing either pushups or squats, and recording our progress weekly through our Unique Prints blog.
