Voron universal buildplate suitable for both Voron 2 and Trident 3D printers.

Mounting and Installation:

Voron 2 – 4 slots are machined to allow easy and convenient mounting onto stand off m4 knurled nuts
Voron Trident – 3 mounting holes are drilled and counterbored

Beds also feature 2x M3 threaded holes on the underside for attaching a protective earth aswell as thermal temperature fuse.

Flatness:

All of our beds are manually inspected before dispatch to ensure that they conform to a flatness tolerance of ≤0.1mm between highest and lowest point on the top surface.

Preparation:

Before applying either the magnetic sheet to the top side or silicone heater to the bottom side we recommend to scuff each surface with steel wool and wipe clean with isopropyl alcohol (IPA).

This will ensure all dirt, dust and debris is removed and the surface is clean prior to application. This will also facilitate a better bond for the adhesive especially on the silicone heater pad.
